Digitaalisen markkinoinnin koulutusmalli pk-yrityksille

Digitaalisten välineiden käyttö on tullut lähtemättömäksi osaksi ihmisten arkea, mikä on haastanut myös yritykset pohtimaan uusia keinoja tavoittaa nykypäivän digikanavissa viihtyvät asiakkaat. Nopea muutos perinteisistä kanavista digitaalisiin on asettanut pk-yritysten markkinointipäättäjät haasteen eteen. Keskisuomalaisten pk-yritysten digimarkkinointivalmiuksia parantamaan aloitettiin keväällä 2012 kaksivuotinen DimarK-hanke. Hankkeen toteuttivat Jyväskylän yliopiston kauppakorkeakoulu (JSBE) ja Jyväskylän ammattikorkeakoulu (JAMK) ja se on Keski-Suomen ELY-keskuksen ja EU:n sosiaalirahaston osarahoittama. Celem badania była (1) ocena stopnia przygotowania studentów pielęgniarstwa i położnictwa do egzaminu typu OSCE (Objective Structured Clinical Examination), (2) poznanie opinii studentów na temat egzaminowania w formie OSCE i (3) poznanie emocji towarzyszących egzaminowi.Materiał i metody. Zbadano 160 (53,33%) studentów kierunku pielęgniarstwo oraz 140 (46,67%) studentów kierunku położnictwo z 5 uczelni medycznych. Zastosowano metodę sondażu diagnostycznego i technikę ankietowania. Tämän Grounded Theory -metodologiaan perustuvan tutkimuksen tavoitteena oli käsitteellistää koulukotioppilaiden ei-toivottua käyttäytymistä. Tutkimusaineisto sisältää kuusi koulukotityöntekijän haastattelua. Heistä 3 oli erityisopettajia ja 3 osastoilla työskenteleviä ohjaajia. Koottu aineisto analysoitiin jatkuvan vertailun menetelmällä. Tutkielman tuloksena syntyi ei-toivotun käyttäytymisen kärjistymisteoria. Deep traps in InGaN/GaN single quantum well structures grown with and without InGaN underlayers

The electrical properties and deep trap spectra were compared for near-UV GaN/InGaN quantum well (QW) structures grown on free-standing GaN substrates. The structures differed by the presence or absence of a thin (110 nm) InGaN layer inserted between the high temperature GaN buffer and the QW region. Capacitance-voltage profiling with monochromatic illumination showed that in the InGaN underlayer (UL), the density of deep traps with optical threshold near 1.5 eV was much higher than in the QW and higher than for structures without InGaN. Muon-electron lepton-flavor-violating transitions : Shell-model calculations of transitions in 27Al

In this paper we present the results of large-scale shell-model calculations of muon-to-electron lepton-flavorviolating transitions for the case of the target nucleus 27Al. We extend the previous shell-model calculations, done in the sd model space, by including also the p orbitals in order to see whether the negative-parity states produce any significant effect in the conversion rate. The analysis of the results shows the dominance of coherent transitions mediated by isovector operators and going by the ground state of the target, with practically null influence of excited positive- or negative-parity states. peerReviewed

Analysis of light neutrino exchange and short-range mechanisms in 0νββ decay

Neutrinoless double beta decay (0νββ) is a crucial test for lepton number violation. Observation of this process would have fundamental implications for neutrino physics, theories beyond the Standard Model and cosmology. Focusing on so-called short-range operators of 0νββ and their potential interplay with the standard light Majorana neutrino exchange, we present the first complete calculation of the relevant nuclear matrix elements, performed within the interacting boson model (IBM-2).
